Refund and Return Policy

At PawfectSupply.co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

The product must not be listed as a non-returnable item (see below)

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)

Personalized or customized items

Items marked as final sale

Opened grooming tools or pet hygiene products

  1. Return Process
    To start a return, please contact us at support@dev.pawfectsupply.co with the following:

Order number

Reason for return

Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

We’ll review your request and provide instructions for sending the item back. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

  1. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival)

  1. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@dev.pawfectsupply.co.
  2. Shipping Costs
    You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

  1. Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may have already shipped and can only be returned once delivered.
